My approach is simple. We are all bio-individuals, so we each have unique nutrition and wellness needs for optimal wellbeing and emotional balance.
In Health Coaching Sessions, we work together to find tools and support to reach your health, wellness and nutrition goals. We take in all facets of life like joy, spirituality, relationships and more.
We will explore nutrition theories, sleep guidance, breath work, meditation and much more curated to your unique goals and dreams.
As your guide, I hold the intention to grow with you and celebrate your achievements. You’ll receive hand-outs, planning tools, recipes, articles, cooking classes/demos and book recommendations unique to your journey.
We work together twice a month for 6 months to grow your tool kit and celebrate healing along the way. At the end of the 6 months, you’ll be able to reflect on your transformation and have tools that will last a lifetime. Of course, there is always the option to extend the program into advanced practice.
My Area of Focus…
We all desire a vitality and abundance of felling good in our bodies and in life. In my practice, I primarily work with those who want to up level these aspects of life. Who also most likely have experienced elements of disordered or emotional eating and anxiety around body-image. My personal experience as a highly sensitive and intuitive woman and the education that has come forward in combination with my professional experience provides an approach that will guide you to reach your goals.
