Warm It Up: Savory Spiced Nut Blend

Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted slivered almonds
1/2 raw unsalted pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1/2 raw unsalted sunflower seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
3/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon fine grain pink mountain sea salt (such as Real Salt)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/8 cup apple cider vinegar (such as Bragg’s)
Method:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Melt coconut oil. Mix apple cider vinegar into all seeds and spices in a bowl until fully covered with spice mix. Then mix in coconut oil. Transfer to parchment paper covered baking sheet. Roast for 25 minutes. Best stored in a glass mason jar. Allow to cool and enjoy!
