My own healing journey with nutrition, cooking and body image has been quite something. Constantly learning new skills and allowing grace for myself to grow. After studies in Integrative Nutrition as a Health Coach, I found that I truly wanted to grow community in nutrients, body care and an array of modalities to honor each of our own bio-individuality. A 5-WEEK COURSE TO NOURISH AND DEEPEN self discovery and connect with supportive community by way of foods, dietary approaches, home-care and wellness topics. Led by Rachel Lyn - an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Healing Arts Practitioner - together we explore concepts, ideas and modalities specifically for the season based in ancient healing practices and modern science such as:

  • Self-Care Body Practices

Together we participate in an Elimination Diet approach in a supported environment to lower inflammation, irritability and identify food sensitivities to feel better. The goal is not to eliminate food, but to eliminate discomfort and unpleasant body symptoms. Nourishment is the cornerstone of the intention.
